Rudra Kavi

  Kandukuri Rudra Kavi was a famous poet in the 16th centuary. He was a poet at the court of Golconda Nawab Ibrahim Qutub Shah. He got Chitnhalapalem village as Enam for his glorious works from Golconda Nawab. Ibrahim Qutub Shah encouraged Telugu poets along with Persian poets. Kandukuri Rudra Kavi is one of the beneficiary along with Singanacharyudu and Addanki Gangadharudu.  You can find the home of his descendants near Ramalayam in the old village.  Rudra Kavi contributions:  1.
